- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$90 per hour for one time sessions and projects $80 per hour for repeat sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide a 30-minute free consultation, listening to the client identify their coaching need or project. We discuss next steps and a structure for our sessions. Clients develop their own agendas for each session and I put together resources as well as homework and/or exercises for the client to do to elucidate a greater understanding of what they want from their career pathway.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have mentored and supervised employees for the past 15 years. I have spent many years developing my personal brand and optimizing my search engine results under my name. From this experience and other career development trainings, I facilitated workshops on personal brand, reputation management, and portfolio development.
