Introduction: Through Allow, my mission is to inspire positive transformation and empower individuals and families to experience a deeper and more compassionate connection to oneself, each other, and the community. I do so by providing opportunities for engagement, education and support with programming developed under three areas of focus: intuitive play, mindful movement, and insightful parenting. While delivery of content and services is primarily done in a class setting, one-on-one as well as semi-private sessions in vinyasa yoga, yin yoga, kids and family yoga, child-centered play, and parenting support are offered to support the overall mission and ensure sustainability.
