FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is bid independently. I work with each client individually to ensure that they are comfortable with the process, amount billed and payment terms. I believe that for the years of service I am still resonably priced and I work hard to stay within your budget. As a way to say thank you, I do offer a military discount. Another way to I say thank you to existing customers for recommending me is to provide a special discount on your next service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a complimentary onsite quote in order to meet with the client, get a clear expectation of the services requested and provide accurate pricing. If the bid is accepted and we decide to move forward we will discuss products, start date and an expected completion date. The client and I will discuss on a daily basis progress made, challanges encountered and next steps..
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 30 + yrs. experience working as a painter both commercial and residential, interior and exterior. I’m an experienced aerial lift operator and I have obtained certification in identifying and safely working with lead paint, which means Becoming certified follows the Environmental Protection Agency’s Lead Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) rule, which states that if you are paid to perform renovation, repair, or painting work in houses built before 1978, you must be trained to do so.. My experience applies to all aspects; painting, staining and sealing for new and established construction.
