FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge by the number of rooms, weather there are hardwood floors, distance we drive, #of animals in home, sq. Footage etc... We often calculate all of those listed on a professional website for cleaners and then we usually take the price down a little because it does show the highest price. We have had ppl on here say my prices are higher than others well here's the thing with that you really should ask around and see what others pay. We know what our worth. We have a lot of reg clients that believe we are cheaper than we should be because they know the work we do. If someone is charging you a really low price please be careful best case they just don't know there worth. Worst case you get ripped off, your home robbed or worse. We have referrals from clients we've had for over 8 years. They know when we come to there home there family is safe we have keys and code to all homes and they know they will come home to everything they left except the mess lol.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to look at the job. However sometimes I can give you a round about quote over the phone. I always tell my customers that the first cleaning is almost always more expensive just because I try to really get it good the first time then it's easier to keep up with.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've done this work along with healthcare/CNA for over 15 years not to blow my own horn but I'm good at what I do and I have great people skills
