FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a competitive pricing system that is typically well below other professional companies. We use a system that incorporates parts plus labor. A service call charge is used to pay for the tech to travel to you, the fuel, to properly diagnose the situation, and discuss the relevant options.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most of the time, we are called out during a stressful time for the homeowner. In an effort to set the customer at ease, we perform a complete inspection of the situation and then we give the customer all of their options and prices. We educate our customers so they can make an informed decision that works best for them. We are a licensed and insured company and not someone that is just doing this as a side job. We will be there in the future if we are needed. Good quality work is not cheap, and cheap work is not good quality.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our techs are extensively trained in their fields and continue to work with suppliers and manufacturers to continue their training. All of our HVAC techs are EPA universal certified. Most of our techs have the additional 410-a certification and service technician certification as well as the Heat Exchanger Experts certification.
