Understanding The estimate and color scheme. Walking the job before it starts to make sure everything is correct on the estimate , Midway through the job do a progress walk.. And the final walk at the end to make sure the customers 100% happy!!!! Sometimes I'll even throw a little extras in.

Contractor school. On the job training . I got taught by an old school painter . He took me under his wing he taught me how to mix and match colors and how to spray .
