They never replied to several messages after I had placed the order with them, and then lost my details (even though its all recorded on Thumbtack) I placed the order with them and then had to chase them at least three times, as they ignored my e mails, they failed to meet my requests to do the work on a certain date, when the work needed doing, and then refused to do the work unless I signed a contract (even though I only wanted a 1 off visit, that did not need a contract) and refused to do the work unless I paid them up front before they had even done any work. Very poor service and no customer care. They have left me annoyed, frustrated and with the work still needed to be done

Good Afternoon, I apologize for any inconvenience. Due to you being out of the country we needed the service agreement signed to give us permission to treat with pesticides on your property. I'm sorry if this left you with the impression that you needed an ongoing service contract as that is not the case. Payment is always due on day of service and again since you would not be present at the time of service we offered to do payment by phone. We are new to thumbtack and trying to do our best to use this program so when your name appeared differently on thumbtack it was a little difficult to locate your information. I am sorry that we were not able to meet your needs at that time.
