- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will work within your budget. Some tasks work best on an hourly rate, where others it is better to have a set rate upon completion of the task.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will have a conversation via phone or email detailing the task. Depending on what it entails I will come to you and either pick up materials or take care of the task on site.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA and MA (in education) which speak to my reliability and organization. The tasks I have taken on have each been slightly different, and I learn from each task and apply those skills going forward.
