FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work closely with our clients needs and budget and can either work on an hourly fee or a flat rate. Dependent on the project and scope of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial complimentary 2 hour "Getting to Know You" meeting where I would travel to the commercial or residential space to be designed where we would discuss your needs and goals. A contract clearly stating your goals, timeline and services to be offered and request for a retainer would then be submitted to you the client for review. Once the contract has been signed and a retainer received the following will be submitted in whole or in part dependent on what is to be provided in the said contract.
