Introduction: The best part of the job is seeing my clients transformations and improvements over time. Seeing a client be able to do an exercise fully and without pain is a great accomplishment not only for them but a great sense of fulfillment for myself as a professional. I am in love with the human body and how it functions. Being passionate about the body and exercise makes sharing knowledge with clients that much more fun. It makes training and exercise not just exercise, but a fun learning experience.

Working with Pedro is an amazing experience. He is a mentor who takes a personal interest in your result. He schedules and arranges extra activity outside classes to stay active. We have been to hikes, beach days, sprints. It's just an very enjoyable experience and the personal attention you get from him. Definitely a treat!!!!!

Pedro was my PT to get me ready for my half marathon. His training was great, he gave me schedules for how long and far i needed to run to hit my goal. An strengthen the muscles that i needed to use for running. At the end i beat my personal record for running a half marathon.

The service that I was provided was a very good understand of protein and the different supplements on how it effects my body. There is a guy named Pedro that you need to talk to. He helped me and he was very knowledgeable on what he was talking about via supplemental advice and nutritional knowledge.

I've been training with Pedro for four months. When I started, I was recovering from workout related back and elbow injuries. Pedro's background experience in kinesiology and personal training were exactly what I needed to successfully rehabilitate my injuries and return to being able to enjoy working out. Pedro's workouts are a balanced mixture of high intensity interval, cardio, and weight lifting for strength training. Highly recommend training with Pedro.

Pedro is the best. I've been thru my share of personal trainers and can say that Pedro is the most driven trainer I've had. Pedro teaches technique that is total body but it is the real deal with pedro. He really pays attention to your form and educates you along the way. I always feel like he is pushing me to work out harder than I have never in my life in each session. You can tell he has a lot of knowledge and passion in what he does.
