Meeting Sigfrido was meant to be. We bough a house with a quick closing time and needed immediate renovations with a very ambitious move in due date. We interviewed 4 or 5 contractors and we didn't have a good feeling about any of them. Meeting Sigfrido put our worries to rest. As soon as he came into our home you could immediately see that this isn't just a job for him. He will take great care of our new home and the renovations as if the home was his own. Since then we recommended Sigfrido a handful of times to friends and are currently working with him on another project in our yard. I'very used thumbtack for a few jobs now and always had good response and communication. I was in need of a roofer and Sigfrido initially responded. I gave him the information and even worked on scheduling a time to meet to inspect. We both agreed on a certain day to meet and when I followed up I never got a response back. I repeatedly tried but no luck and just went elsewhere. Not sure why he couldn't communicate back but very disappointed in his lack of response and follow up. Use someone else.
