He even did some extra screening on the roof without adding to the estimate. After leaving three baited traps in the house and three in the crawl space underneath he came back two weeks later to remove the dead rats and remove the traps. He left three set traps in the crawl space in case there were more rats down there. I hate that I had to kill living creatures but I had no choice. I was very happy with Mario’s work and professionalism and feel confident that I won’t have any further issues with rodents. Thank you, Mario."See more

Shimon deserves 5 DIAMONDS. I contacted a few rodent exterminators to help me deal with attic rodent issues. Two of the exterminators want a fee to provide estimates and the others give me CRAZY high estimates as soon as they pulled into my driveway. They did not even make it past the front door. Shimon showed up on the same day I contacted him. With great demeanor and a sense of deep professionalism, he climbed up to the tight attic, and spend a lot of time on a hot day trying to find all the cracks and crannies where the rodents enter the attic. Once done with the attic, he took his time and walked around the property to assess entry points and the effort to rodent-proof the house. Once done with the home inspection, Shimon provided me with all the details about what he will proof the house, how he will capture the rodent, how many visits he will make to pick up dead rodents and replace the traps, what kind of metal mesh he will use to close openings, how he will clean droppings in the attic and what kind of disinfectant he will use, and finally his generous warranty for the work he will be doing. I could not help it, but hired Shimon on the spot; and he delivered. Even, one day i started to smell dead rodent in the attic. I texted him at 9PM. he showed up the next day at 9AM. I highly recommend Shimon. He is a model for the high quality, professional, responsive, punctual, and value-oriented rodent exterminator. This is the longest service review I have written, because I feel this guys deserves it. HIRE HIM, YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT.

I literally contacted over 20 different companies and had at least 10 (I think I totaled like 14) quotes. My first impression with ER was good but something told me to reach out to others. Long story short, ER is not the cheapest, however with as busy as he was (and the industry being busy right now as it's considered termite season), he continued respond and was very professional throughout the whole process so we hired ER in the end. 1) I'd rather hire someone independent than a large company and 2) Though ER's only been in business for about a year, he's had plenty of prior experience in the industry and had stayed very professional throughout the process that I wanted not only to hire him but root for him to be successful in his business. During the 1.5 months that I was looking for someone, ER was really the only one who continued to answer any of my questions, no matter how annoying I was, continued to follow-up and addressed many of my concerns. He was even willing to help even when I was leaning towards another company due to the price difference. Because I spent so much time having other companies come by and getting quotes, I actually learned a lot of termites and the process of extermination. I even did a bunch of homework and read up on a lot of the laws in place, reading what needs to be done, what can and cannot be done, etc as well as all the different types of termite species (which was just interesting). If you're looking for cheap and quick solutions, ER is not the company for you. But if you're okay spending a little more money, you will get the service and professionalism from ER. One thing ER also provides that I was impressed with is their warranty. Hint: read the fine type. On the surface, it looks the same as most others, but he offered something no one else did.
