- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each price differs from job to job, so depending on what is needed, I will price accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will meet with my customer and see what needs to be installed. I give an estimate on how much it will cost. If hired, the work can take place really soon. I will schedule when the installation will take place. After the installation is completed, I will issue an invoice and job will be POS (Point of Sale).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been working on my own for over 6 years and started my own business this year. I was self-taught and learned how important customers are and I've learned how the respect the needs of customer service.
