- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have standard pricing. Depending on the type of job, prices can range from $25.00; mostly for handyman service to $60.00 an hour for a deep, detailed clean.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first set an appointment for a free estimate, we get to know what the client wants and what the client needs. Once established, we will submit an estimate either written or through email.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been working for a property management company doing janitorial and handyman work. We take care of all the needs that concern the maintenance of the property. We do not do plumbing or electrical.
