FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Due to so many differences, each job is assessed and priced on a case by case basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All mold remediation and mold inspection jobs start at the customers house. We will ask a few simple questions to help identify the issue. Some of the questions may be: how long have you been having sinus or upper respiratory infection, how long have you noticed the water stain, how long have you noticed a weird smell, how long have you lived in the house, have you ever had your air tested. We will put a full report together including lab samples if necessary to submit to customer. We provide remediation protocols as an inspector to remediators or if called to remediate mold we will discuss remediation protocols in depth to customer. We will try to find the easiest, cheapest and safest solution to the problem.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hold 2 licenses in the state of Florida, one for Remediation, one for Assessing. We have 6 certifications to test mold and indoor air quality in commercial and residential properties. We hold a level 1 thermography certification and 2 certifications in moisture control and energy loss. This allows use to be proficient using the best infrared equipment to look for heat intrusion/loss and hidden moisture without any damage to the structure.
