- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, we charge a flat rate for the entire job. That way if labor runs a little more then there's no sticker shock at the end. We will work with customers in any way we can such as if they have a particular credit card they want to use for materials,then that's fine. And we'll pick it up as well!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Firstly, outline the scope of work and make sure customer and we are in agreement and that their vision and budget are realistic.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many generations of craftsmen in the bloodline, and just couldn't do the same thing in an office everyday after college.
