- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Estimate and we offer for first time customers $15 a Queen palm by trimming pods, berries and dead limbs and cleaning up and hauling it all away and keeping palm rats away! And we accept credit cards also.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Asking what exactly they need done and getting to know them by meeting them and giving them a free estimate and letting them know we are licensed and Insured and educating our new customer on how we trim trees and answer any questions or concerns they have. Getting contact information and treating them with respect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of education and hands on work and working in New Jersey and The Villages and Cape Coral Fl. trimming trees/palms ect. and I was taught by my Godfather who had his own tree service business, this is my passion! lots of education from experience!!!
