Marissa and Brent worked with us very well. They came in and let us know what should be done and they also listen to us what we want and what we could afford. They came in for a week and helped us fix and staged the house. We put the house on the market on Monday and in 4 hours sold the house at full price with no inspections. I would use Marissa and Brent again we would have never sold are house that fast and what we were asking for. We thought we had everything done to put it on the market but when they went thru the house thru saw things that we didn't thing matter but it really did.
