- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?For marketing materials, our process involves a very simple brief sheet. It asks the questions we feel we want before we begin on the initial "concepts". We ask questions about your business, target audience, competition, colors you like/dislike, any other ideas or images you want to use. Once we have this brief sheet, the text & the printer's specs, we are ready to begin on the concepts. Our design process is pretty simple & stream-lined, as we have been in business for 20 years. So through trying different approaches over the years, we have made the process easier on us & the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Frank, the creative director, has been a print graphic designer for 30 years.
