Everything that was wiped was left streaky..nothing was fully completed i paid for a detailed clean and i didn't even get a basic clean..ex of things "missed"..kitchen-didnt mop the kitchen, clean the sink, cabinets microwave etc.. Living room-left tv completely streaky i assume by using the wrong cleaner(have yet to get it streak free), ceiling fans, mantle, window sills, couch. Bathrooms-counters sink mirror bathtubs showers floors(everything except the toilet).. Bedrooms-only vacuumed nothing wiped down or picked up or trash taken out, ceiling fans not wiped etc..put my sheets on upside down and sideways..plenty more but you get the idea..he was here for less than two hours..when i got home and walked through i was reduced to tears bc i felt completely scammed..he came out again and i pointed everything out and when i realized it wasn't going to get any better(lack of training?) then i had him leave..i will say they were very nice people and she even offered to come out again if it wasn't done properly the 2nd time(and no followup after coming out a 2nd time), however its more work for me to get everything put away a second time(3 kids)..i would just encourage them to get some proper training and/or if you decide to hire them then look over work before they leave in hopes your not as disappointed as i was..

I can assure that proper training has been given, however I will take heed to your comments and specify the importance of detail and care that needs to take place when servicing people's homes. Here at R&JCleaning, we really take pride in leaving homes royally clean and providing exceptional service to our clients. Took the time to have this company at my home to review for a cleaning quote. Was promised multiple times that I would receive the quote after I had to check in with them. We never received a quote from them . Was promised to have a quote sent to us the next day & then since we didn't hear from them, we checked in & was assured we would hear from them by the end of the week. After not hearing from them, we decided to let them know that we were not interested in their services. Would not recommend due to this. Owner was a nice person, just not reliable on getting a quote or explanation of reason for not receiving a quote.
