- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Appraisal fees vary from $300 for an exterior drive by appraisal or $350 for a base fee for a full appraisal. Fees increase with the size and difficulty of the property corresponding to the time needed to perform a professional appraisal report.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first question is to ask the purpose of the appraisal so that I can provide the correct procedures and product for their real estate appraisal needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold two bachelors degrees and a California teaching credential as well as 26 years of professional appraisal courses.
