This group is by far the best real estate team I have ever worked with, keep in mind I used to be a real estate agent for 5 years. If you try to save a percent or two by going to a discount broker or doing this on your own you will pay the price in the end. I met Matt randomly at an open house and got along with him from the start. I worked with Matt Sorensen directly on my purchase and listing.
