- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job has different things to consider. For instance, how long will it take? How high do we need to work. are there obstacles in the way that prevent safe ladder raising and positioning. If so what method of cleaning is appropriate. This is why we provide free in person estimates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Rad window cleaning first scheduals a time with each customer to provides a free in person estimate. This allows us to see the what kind of windows you have. It also alows us to be aware of any obsticals for the project. The estimate you recived will then never be changed unless you add another service during our visit. Once you agree to have the job completed we will schedual a time that works for you. Then finally when the job is completed we will do a final walk through with the customer. Once the customer is satisfied we will collect payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our employees have went through national ladder saftey training, boom lift operating licencing , scissor lift operating licencing, as well as OSHA daftey trainging for boom and scissor lifts. Continuing education is very important to us. This can be anything from safety training to learning new methods of cleaning.
