- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each project is custom and specific to each client, therefore, pricing varies depending on the project and client's needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically a customer comes to me with a project and some ideas. I provide an estimate to complete the project in a timely manner. Then, I provide the client with 3-5 variations for their project. We work together to revise and edit to come up with a final product that suites their needs. I prepare the files and send the finalized project to the client. I can, and often do, coordinate printing of each project as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My undergraduate degree is in Early Middle Childhood Education from Butler University. My minor during undergrad was multi-media design. After graduating from Butler in 2012 I taught 3rd grade and began freelance graphic design work. In 2016 I took the leap of faith and left the classroom to pursue graphic design full time. With each project my skill sets improve and grow. I love the challenge of a new project and learning more about Adobe Creative Suite. Throughout this experience I have continued to grow as professional and a designer.
