On Thursday I requested a quote and received several of them and was discussing with my wife. I had not spoken to any of the cleaners that sent me a quote. The very next day Silvana marked that I had hired her when I in fact did not, I have not even spoken to her! Today, my wife and I were going to hire a cleaner, it will not definitely NOT be Silvana as clearly she is too presumptive and/or pushy. I don't want to start a long relationship with someone in my home like that. I also now have to go through the hassle of contacting Thumbtack to have her removed as hired so the cleaner I really do hire can be marked accordingly. Silvana your profession is supposed to take work off my plate and make life a bit easier, you just created more work for me. Very unprofessional

I needed a good cleaning and i needed it right away. Silvana and her team came in, asessed the damages a 2 year old, and three year old did and very quickly, and very effeciantly cleaned top to bottom and wall to wall. I tried asking if the original price was going to remain the same even though it took longer then expected and it did. Im in shock, and cant wait for them to come back next monday!
