- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually charge hourly so that clients have the flexibility of choosing how much they can afford. There are some travel fees for areas over 50miles away. Clients are expected to pay 50% of the investment when the contract is signed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get know my customers. After booking I make a phone call to speak with the client about 30-45 days out from the event. A contract is sent out shortly afterwards and we been the process of pinning images on Pinterest that the client would want for their event. I make another phone call the week of to check in. After the event I send a few images within the first 5 days. All of images are delivered within 30 days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years experience as a photographer and a couple years as videographer. I graduated from the University of West Georgia with a Bachelors in Film and Video Production and Associates in Photography.
