- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Never any money out of your pocket. We only get paid a contingency fee once we attain an injury settlement for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do not take every injury claim. We spend the time up front to evaluate an injury claim with our client to make sure our representation will be profitable, both for our clients and our firm. As attorneys, we know we will be able to get more money for an injury claim than our clients can get on their own. However, we want to make sure the amount in our client's pocket is substantially more than our client could get on their own, even after paying the Firm's fee out of the settlement.
