- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It varies, really. It depends on the size of the venue, the time length, the duties expected, and also what I am expected to provide.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I contact the customer and find out what their expectations are, and exactly how they have their event pictured in their mind. Knowing this helps me to make it a reality for them. Then, if it's a bartending event, we will go over the drink list and get everything else put down to paper. From there, we stay in touch until the date of the event, in case anything changes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years experience serving. I attended and graduated from Atlanta Bartending School.
