We were relocating to the area and worked closely with Katie Spalding to find our perfect home! Katie was very attentive and was quick to text or call us back. The market was moving very quickly and we were anxious to find a home. She was available to spend the time visiting several homes and we ended up finding a home that was in the process of being built. The contractor did not have his own realtor so Katie stepped in and prepared the necessary paperwork to make the deal happen. She will go the extra mile to assist her clients in any way possible.
