- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have an all inclusive price but everything depends how much the couple would like to include in their ceremony. The fee it is not written in stone. We can discuss the fee if the couple would like to do so.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I get the request for information about my services I call, or email the couple. I send an email to the couple with my presentation letter, the description of my services and my fees. If the couple would like to meet before they make a decision we can set up an informal meeting in the place of their choice. This way the couple can see who I am and ask more questions about my services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an ordain pastor by a non-denominational church and I have my credentials as a wedding officiant with the Demographic office in Puerto Rico.
