- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a brainstorming session to discuss the mission, set goals and craft a story that gives details on the overall strategic communications plan. From there we round out the plan and tweak it as needed until implementation is set. Monitoring is an ongoing project and plan details are fluid as changes may be needed along the way!

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My undergraduate major was in Mass Communications. During college I interned at several PR agencies. Post graduation I worked in Media, Marketing and PR for many major companies. In 2012, I obtained my masters in Strategic Communication focusing on Public Communication.
