- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Groupit Travel, we work to ensure that you receive the absolute best value for your travel plans. Our fees vary for custom, bespoke travel itineraries, destination weddings, and group travel events. We will always tell you upfront if there are any fees involved.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can work with clients across the entire United States. We are happy to work virtually with you via email and by phone (FaceTime, Skype, etc.) but we will not do any work on your proposal without speaking with you first. Our goal is to ensure that we understand your vision for a perfect travel experience and learn more about what makes you say "WOW"! That's something we really can't do by email or written word. If you are unwilling to speak with us, we may not be the best fit for you. Once we speak with you personally, we will develop no more than three custom proposals/quotes for your review. We will then work with you to tweak your fave. Once its perfect, we will then ask you to complete our electronic enrollment forms and we'll get you booked!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
25+ years planning travel and events for individuals, non-profits and corporate clients. I am a certified specialist in many destinations, cruise lines, resorts/hotels, and so much more. I am also a Certified Destination Wedding & Honeymoon Specialist, a Certified Meetings at Sea Planner, a Certified Gay Destination Wedding Specialist, a Certified Luxury Travel Specialist and more.
