- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When we share a price with clients, we share the base price for the package they are interested in. Additional fees may apply, including travel costs. For all pricing information, please visit beautybudgetevents.com/prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All potential clients start with a free consultation. If the client decides to proceed with us, we will tailor the service to the needs of the client based on the package selected. All new customers have a Client Portal set up, in which they can access information to assist with the planning process, as well as forms to collect information as we begin working together.
