- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes! We don't believe in quotes that just get you in the door, only to slap on prices. We charge by the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and any extra services. All of our pricing is up front, with no in-home quotes necessary. When we give you a price, that's the price, no questions asked.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we make sure that they are getting everything they want out of their cleaning. We give them a window of when we will arrive (2 hours max), and let them know when the cleaner is on the way. We strive to make our booking and customer service as simple as possible. A dirty home is stressful enough, getting it cleaned shouldn't be also.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our cleaners have a combined cleaning experience of over 40 years. That says a lot to our dedication to a clean home!
