I am amazed at how the "roach problem" has been eradicated and so swiftly. I had the original treatment on a Friday. I was away for the weekend and when I returned home on Monday, there was an outstanding difference in the population. The technician was so very helpful and professional. He certainly had vast knowledge of what he was doing. I am so impressed and satisfied.

I recently used Rowland Pest Mgmt, Inc for the first time and was very impressed with the genuine attention to Customer satisfaction and the overall experience from initial 'phone contact' to 'field rep' visit to assess my requirements, 'gentleman providing actual service' to follow-up (sorry I couldn't remember everyones name) What Service, Bravo! Top notch Co worth all five stars for all the right reasons! I am now a future Rowland Pest Mgmt, Inc Customer on a regular basis to ensure I'm in good hands. PS: I would have chosen Value & Punctuality as well but the system only allows three choices ;)
