- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can either run off of a flat fee or charge your customer directly. I do require a small down payment of $75.00 dollars that is refundable unless there is a cancellation. For very large events (over 300) where you are paying a flat fee, I do require 1/2 down within a week of the event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Pretty easy really. I like to first determine what your menu options would be as I have several different types of speciality dogs and Sausages. Then I just need to know where you want me to set up. I do not need any additional power as I am self contained. However I do need to be on fairly level ground, and in an area that will provide me the most traffic.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Owning my own food cart was a dream that started back in high school. During lunches I would visit a stand close to my school and it always seemed to be a fun thing to do. You get to meet a lot of people and give them a great product. As I grew older, I wanted out of the corporate life and decided to live my dream.
