- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients book a Real Estate shoot through Tours de CORE here on Thumbtack and provide me with the address as well as any instructions. (ie. "Don't shoot the laundry room" or "be sure and get the open space in backyard") I then show up and meet the Realtor or homeowner at the property, the whole shoot should take less than 30 minutes. It really helps if the home is staged properly, vacuumed, no personal effects on counters, etc. I take the photos, then go home and do our magic with our exclusive HDR software. The next day I deliver the images, completely edited to the Realtor or client view a Google Drive folder. The client gets 100% of the rights to all the images.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Four years of photography school. I was a headshot photographer for over 100 actors in Hollywood/Los Angeles from 2004 to 2009. I previously worked for the biggest Real Estate Virtual Tour company in Colorado - but I felt I could do a better job on my own, charge lower prices and make clients HAPPY!
