TKO / Kenneth was hired to evaluate and resolve a drainage issues around my home. Big storms would cause slight drainage into basement. Kenneth found old pump installed by previous owners that was not wired properly. He replaced pump, and with help of certified electrician he brought in, solved the wiring issue. He worked late into evening to finish knowing storm due next day. Excellent work quality and problem solved.

Ken Cagle has maintained many of our properties which we manage, both commercial and residential. Although the work he does is absolutely great, it is not the reason we prefer to work with him. Ken is our primary contractor because he is honest and very responsive. I would recommend Ken to anybody for any job. Five stars...just not enough.

Kenneth was on time to the bid meeting, to the job site upon hiring, and on time to meet to discuss the finalization and completion of the project. He was easy to communicate with via thumbtack, email, text and phone. His performance was great and only up-charged due to an unknown job task (needed a whole part vs repairing a piece which didn't fix the problem). I was happy that he was diligent to call and get my approval before hand and did not "half-ass" fixing the problem or charge me unknowingly.

Kitchen Backsplash - Did a great job, came in on short notice and finished the job in 2 days. Looks great, and had a high attention to detail in the job. There were even a few things that he offered as feedback, went out to get supplies to fix those things and really made it look great!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Going to site whete project is going to be done. Introduce myself and explain a little about my background. Talk to the customer about what they are looking for and why they are doing the project. Put my input into the design of the project then do some research if needed and submit price to complete the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associates Degree in Drafting and Design. I also have 15+ years experience.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working with my father while i was still in school.
