- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is tailored to each project and budget. I typically deliver more than is expected just because I love helping people and their business succeed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Keep in mind, if I bid on your project it's because I believe it's a perfect fit and that I have the time available to provide the best service and designs possible. Every project, every client is important to me and I naturally take on an "ownership perspective" attitude; your success is my success. I understand there are some pros that bid on everything even if their schedule is full which looks like they're more active on this site than I am. However, I tend to give my clients the amount of time they deserve and only bid when my schedule is freed up. Quality designs and YOUR satisfaction is key to my longevity in this highly competitive market.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
B.A. in Communication Media/Graphic Design from Florida State University. Additional training/certification in automation control system/graphical user interface design and development.
