- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
typically our service call is $75 any parts on top of that are additional and pricing is discussed at the time
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we show up inspect the door ask for all information of what is going on with the jobsite quote out a price for the work and if agreed on the work is completed on rare occasions parts need to be ordered as most doors and operators vary in design and functionality
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
all training is on the job training as well as direct contact to manufacturers of doors and operators to solve issues
