FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m not the cheap contractor but I’m rarely the most expensive. You really do get what you pay for in this industry, I’m very proud of my work and it speaks for itself. I offer financing, I take credit cards and of course cash or check.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually perform a initial meeting and proposal, filled by drawings and 3D renderings. Then I perform a pre-construction meeting laying out timelines, plans, finishes in each area. During construction I typically perform at least weekly meetings with the customer, and final walkthroughs when we are finished.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The only way to properly manage trades in this business is if you have done it yourself, and I have done and know how to properly perform everything in this business. I have an International Building Contractor “A” certification which allows me licensure in 49 states. It’s the highest certification a General Contractor can obtain.
