John finished our basement and he executed the plan to perfection. He does most of the work himself (except dry wall and complex electrical). Very punctual, very ethical and a perfectionist. Jose has done several projects for us. First, he remodeled our basement including a beautiful built-in. He was so easy to communicate with, always keeping us in the loop with what was happening. His number one priority is that we were happy with the work and we are so happy we picked him to do it. The project was done sooner than promised and on budget. Most recently he built us a fence. Our fence came out awesome as well. He is also such a kind man and very easy to trust! The guys he has working for him work so hard to get things done fast. If you're looking for a general contractor, I would encourage you to look elsewhere.

I hired Red Earth Construction to finish my unfinished basement. What was quoted as a two month project took 3x longer than expected. Along with that it required an excessive amount of babysitting, follow up, and repetition on my part. In the end I was left with a mess and had to hire additional contractors to finish and fix the work that was "completed"

And before Jim responds to this review let me address a few things he will likely include in his reply...

Yes, there were holidays. You should have taken these into consideration during the quote and it's not acceptable to have 6 week gaps where no work was done

No, I do not care to have your painter come back and fix things.... Again. The previous three attempts only compounded the issues and I was tired of scrubbing paint off every inch of my newly installed floor. By the way, I had too replace light fixtures due to this

And while I appreciate your gracious ~2÷ project discount in the end, I spent THOUSANDS more to fix the work I hired you to do

I could go on, but overall the Endly family is very nice but extremely poor project managers. Their quote was far from the cheapest so I felt like I was going to get quality work, but that charm wore off quickly. I will not be hiring them again for any future work

I initially engaged Richlynn for a basement remodel I wanted some time this fall. Their PM Alec came by with Rueben and Jose for a free quote. They arrived on time, asked thoughtful questions, provided helpful suggestions, and got back to me quickly when I realized I needed to make a change. The quote was clear and extremely well priced compared to other options.

We refined the quote and scheduled the work. Then literally the next week, I had a family death and needed to move another family member in with us. It was sudden and unexpected. Alec and team worked with me to expand my quote to include additional work required to make space for our new household member. They were compassionate and incredibly helpful with scheduling, allowing me to move up the timeline and increase scope, again with very fair and transparent pricing. I was a little all over the place and they were patient, kind, and clear communicators throughout the process.

When work began, Jose and Rueben were absolute gems. They were efficient without rushing and did a fantastic job on all elements including new drywall, electrical a upgrades, lighting changes, a new wall, and new flooring. They respected my space and schedule and were very pleasant to have around. I never felt like anyone was cutting corners and cannot overstate how happy I am with the quality of their work. Getting to peak downstairs each day was a treat and now that the spaces are complete, I keep popping in and it makes me so pleased.

I literally have no notes on things that I wish went differently. Big thanks to the whole team!
