- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our current special is 3 rooms up to 350 sq. ft. (the equivalent of 3 std bedrooms) for $98, and stairs are $3/ea. For jobs that are larger, we apply this same special pricing to the size of your job, which comes out to $.33/cleanable sq. ft. (open areas). If your home is empty, we discount the price even further. Additionally, and we offer Scotchgard carpet protector, and are specialists in pet spots, stains & odors. We also offer upholstery cleaning, rug cleaning, carpet repair & re-stretching, tile/grout intensive cleaning, and more. Our average job is typically between $350-$400, but we do jobs from $98 to over $1,000, it just depends on the size of the job.

They hire us, love us, refer us to all their friends, family, and colleagues, and use us for the rest of their lives. Part humor, mostly true. LOL :)
