What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer discounts and a waived travel fee for parties of 3 or more, and no travel fee between business hours within 20 mile radius. Want free services? Ask about my referral program!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For all new makeup clients I offer a discounted trial makeup session. This includes time for us to discuss what kind of look you are wanting to achieve. For waxing and spray tanning clients a consult is done at time of appointment. This includes going over after care instructions and what to expect.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from esthetics school in 2011. I completed courses in makeup, spray tanning/sculpting and speed body waxing.
