- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You get what you pay for. I give you 100% full service when selling your home or purchasing a house. Most transactions in Colorado, the seller pays the real estate commission fees. That’s great news for buyers, and I can show sellers how I can negotiate and get them the most money for their home, which will essentially help cover the real estate commission costs involved. I highly recommend a meeting to discuss the ins and outs of real estate commission. Thank you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to sit down with my new clients to discuss their needs when buying or selling a home. Every client is different, and every home is different. I really like to analyze what it is they are looking for throughout the transaction. I take time to listen and make sure I’m honoring their wishes. Thank you!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started real estate school in 2010 & got my real estate license in February 2011. Before that I sold high-end custom real estate websites and met many real estate agents & managing brokers in town, learning from the best, and learning what not to do. I also taught real estate social media classes to small groups of Realtors throughout the Denver metro area. Before that I was in the mortgage industry since 2000. I dabbled in every aspect of the mortgage loan business, which of course works hand-in-hand with real estate in general. Before that I helped my dad buy and sell his fix & flips since I was young girl. All I know is real estate. :) Thank you!
