FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based primarily on the time involved in completing the project. Most of the time involved is consumed by masking to protect items in the room and areas that are not being repaired. The second is time for materials to dry prior to next step. Discounts might be available if I can bid and complete the project in a single trip.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer contacts me and we discuss scope of repair that is needed. We then proceed with one of two options. Option #1. If project is small, customer sends me pictures of needed repair along with dimensions of repair area. I can then provide a quote based on that information. On the day work is performed, scope and price is confirmed prior to start of work. This is the quickest way to get work completed. Option #2. I can visit jobsite, at no cost, and provide an estimate. If the project is small, I can come prepared to complete the project on that visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years of construction experience covering all aspects of construction. My current focus is on drywall repair and retexturing.
