- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each project is different based on customers needs and wants, we have a good, better and best options for all of our lines. So if your looking to sell the house we will give you a great product and save you as much money. If you are looking to stay in the home we will give you the most your money can buy when it comes to durability and energy efficiency. We tailor these estimates to you rather than putting you in a box.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Unlike many contractors we don't assume you need new roof or windows until we come out and do a free inspection. Upon inspecting the home and getting your needs/goals we put together a solution that meets your budget and demands. Pricing and consolation is a short meeting without the drawn out presentations so many companies go through and we give you pricing on the first visit. We don't push to earn your business because we are professionals with a conscience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our work is installed by our certified installers. When it comes to windows we are AAMA certified which is important in order for the job to be done correctly and not to lose any manufacture warranties. With roofing we are GAF certified which only top 2% of roofers get that level of installation. With siding we are VSI certified trained by the Vinyl Institute so you know that your exteriors are installed correctly the first time. We abide to the highest standards of industry so you can have that piece of mind.
