- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have standard pricing for everything I do. However, I also offer every customer the option of paying what they consider is a fair price for the value they receive. We agree a minimum and a maximum, and at the end of the course or presentation they tell me what they want to pay. I also offer a 100% money back Guarantee.....I'm very confident of what I can achieve. In all the time I have been offering Mind Change I've only had to give money back once .....it was for a cancelled event!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually speak to my client before agreeing to do anything. It is therefore important to either call me or provide an email address and or telephone number so that we can establish exactly what you want. Once we have chatted I'll submit a quote which in theory should be what you are looking for. Once we have agreed the arrangement ill confirm everything in writing. Usually by email. A contract would be sent and authorized by both parties. As the date for the event gets closer we will finalize the facilities at the location to ensure that the technology is in place that may be require. I'll usually request the number of delegates likely to be in attendance so that any literature can be produced and accounted for in my fee. If a fixed fee has been arranged then an invoice will be sent and payment is expected before the service is offered. If the fee is based on performance it will be paid on the day of the performance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Approximately 25 years ago I was introduced to Mindset training. I was a fairly successful business person and sales professional who had just been headhunted from the Uk to live in the USA. Like many individuals I had my belief system and my comfort zones in place, and the idea that thinking in a different way would attract everything i wanted to me seemed a little far fetched. On examination I discovered that everything I had in my life was as a direct result of the thoughts I had had to that point. It became obvious that if I wanted to alter things I really had to program my self to achieve them. Once I had got the mud off things accelerated and life dramatically improved. I started sharing this information with many of my friends and colleagues who also found the same results.. That's how MIND CHANGE INTERNATIONAL was born. The other fact that had become obvious, was that I had heard dozens of motivational speakers and almost without exception the brilliant message that they "wowed" us with soon lost its sparkle. Most of my fellow directors and staff soon returned to their old ways after a fairly short period of time. I was determined to make Mind Change better. Since the year 2000 I've been teaching the techniques of super successful people and one of the conditions I place on myself is that everyone who listens to the presentation gets something from it that will make such an impact that it will change their life for ever........
