FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our best option for pricing is to quote each job since there are so many different requirement for photography services. Typically, our services will be offered at the best price when you bundle capturing photos/video with the post processing of those photos/videos. We are flexible in how we price services and allow customers to complete projects in phases.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each job requires two things: 1) location and 2) date. After that, we customize the experience for your project needs. Aerial photography requires some extra homework on our part to make sure we can fly in the airspace around your project, that people are not directly under our flight and that it is daytime hours (night shots require a special authorization).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our pilots ALL have part 107 UAS certificates as required by the FAA. There are many drone operations with great ability, but their work cannot be used commercially without the certificate. If the FAA finds this happening, they can hold the pilot and anyone using the photo in violation. We can offer proof of insurance that every flight will be covered for liability issues. We also follow strict safety pre-flight checklists to ensure all drones are in full functioning condition at take-off. TRAINED IN AERIAL ROOF INSPECTION - Our main pilot has been trained and a certificate of completion for in-person Aerial Roof Inspections with one of the best training companies in the US. We follow a 5 part inspection model to get the most complete inspection for any engineer or claims representative Our lead pilot has over 15 years in real estate and 5 years in insurance claims inspections. Our lead pilot also has his MBA with Bachelors in Art Education.
