Great work on our tile flooring, kitchen, living room and hallway, made them look like new. Did some grout repairs and took it upon himself to fix a few cracks that were not pointed out, above and beyond work. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different depending on the severity of soil or damage. The basic price for steam is $10 per room for carpet for up to 200 sq ft of carpet, Ceramic tile has a basic cleaning price of 20 cents per sq ft. As for soiled areas of carpet or tile and grout the preconditioning price is 20 cents per sq ft. The best way to determine the exact quote is to see the job and inspect what is involved. WE give exact pricing upon showing up prior to cleaning.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen and listen to my new customers. Assumption is the source of many mistakes. I respect their needs no matter how small the work is. I give my new customers 10 % discount all the time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified specialist in carpet and tile cleaning plus pet odor removal as well as flood damage and restoration. I have over 23 years experience in this line of work and customer service.
